$400+$50 40 Big Blinds NLH Re-Entry
Level 8: Blinds 2,500/5,000/500 ante (6:53 remaining)
Total Entries: 85
Players Remaining: 18
Average Stack: 189,000
The final two tables of the 40 Big Blind event are going to fire up at high noon in the side of the Poker Room. With 18 players returning and only 9 getting paid, half the remaining players will leave with nothing but bad beat stories.
Andrew Kloc returns as the chip leader, an accomplished player with more than $730,000 in earning and a WSOP Circuit ring, but no Borgata title, yet. Andrew starts play with more than 138 big blinds, so he’s in fine shape to make a run at this title.
On the other end of the chip counts is Borgata frequent flier She Lok Wong. He’s returning with only 35,800 (fewer than 8 big blinds). The second-shortest stack belongs to none other than World Champion Joseph McKeehen. He’s coming back to only 43,400 chips (< 9 big blinds).
They’ll get cards in the air shortly after 12 noon when the players are settled and the bags are opened. Just under 7 minutes remain in level 8, then the blinds will increase to 3,000/6,000 with 500 ante.
