An extraordinarily long two hour bubble has ended. Sam Taylor went with on a shrinking stack, but Jeffrey Colpitts probably literally woke up with kings.
Colpitts holds, and Taylor flies out of the room, the very unfortunate unpaid 19th place. Jeffrey bags a nice 396,000 for the third highest total.

Dever takes 417,000 but was the real star of the bubble, taking advantage of passive table 2 and doubling through small pots.
Official counts and seating will be posted when available.
Day two players should gather at noon on Saturday in Poker Room.

Laury doubles through Funaro just before hand for hand begins, turning top set filling up. Funaro tries to talk it out but has enough to call, evening their two big stacks around 300,000 each.
The bubble is almost broke when short stack Chris Lim gets it with against
, but he too finds the set.
An hour long bubble has since commenced. David Laury and Funaro have battled a bit, including one spot where Laury bet three bet a paired board and Funaro snap folded.
Later, Funaro gets a bit back, able to value bet 40,000 on the end with a disguised top pair.
Kuey gets in a river raise on a four flush but his opponent is able to get away from the 4th nuts after a tank.
Dever has done well with the bubble, raising actively, but just got a bluff picked off. She’s going to bag an above average stack, in all likelihood.
Several players are closing their eyes and trying to rest as hand for hand goes on for more than an hour and a half – so far.

Still, Menzer goes with it, effectively beaten by only a few hands. Relief – it’s a chop as both players have top two on .

It wasn’t going to be easy for Rowen with Laury and now Funaro on his direct left on table three. Up and down for several levels now, Eric now found another spot against one of his two antagonists.
Rowen started the pot by limping, and Funaro in position isolated him to 8500. Only Rowen made the call.
The flop came , and the action went check bet call for 10,000. On the turn it seemed to be a tricky card for Funaro, the
, which might certainly have improved a limp calling range. Nevertheless, Frank now went 27,000 into nearly 40,000, a big bet. Rowen didn’t hesitate to call him, despite Frank now threatening stacks. Clearly this could be a tournament changing pot for one of them.
The river wasn’t particularly relevant, the .

. Rowen now briefly took the play away from Frank, leading for small 35,000. Frank took a little time and then jammed for Eric’s last 75,000.
Rowen knew it wasn’t a great situation, even if it didn’t seem to make a lot of sense. Eric wouldn’t make a decision until time was called. Frank showed a surprise for the second nut straight, while Eric had slow played an unlucky
which had smashed the flop and looked to trap an ace.
Tough spot for Rowen, who is out. Frank moves to over 450,000 and has the clear tournament lead.
We’re at four tables and six spots from the money.
